Terms of Service

By using the offered services the user/passenger accepts the following terms of service:

The current service is operated by Bacher Touristik, Millstätterstraße 45, A-9545 Radenthein.

By placing an order a passenger transportation contract is concluded between the operator of the website and the user/passenger placing the order. Scopes of delivery and transportation prices are based on the currently valid price list. A claim for transportation is only valid at the agreed time of transportation. Please make sure that your arrival and/or departure time correspond to the details on your train tickets as well as to the details on your transfer confirmation. There will be no liability assumed for the consequences of misstatements.

Please inform us immediately in the case of changing arrival and/or departure times. Passengers are obliged to carry out appropriate changes and/or adjustments of transfer orders that result from changing arrival and/or departure times. A link to change and/or adjust the transportation order will be provided at the end of the booking confirmation, which will be sent by e-mail. In the case of noncompliance the existing contract will expire.

Bacher Touristik GmbH will not be responsible for any irregularities in train traffic and/or any delays caused by weather, road/ traffic conditions, or any other conditions beyond its control. Bacher Touristik GmbH will be entitled to withdraw from the contract of transportation in the case of a delay of more than sixty minutes from the scheduled arrival time. However, our driver will wait for delayed passengers as long as possible

Shared ride reservations will be accepted no later than 6.00 pm on the day before transfer. A short-term registration for transfer cannot be guaranteed. Single transfers are available at a short notice and at all times.

Basically, there is no obligation to accept a transportation order. Any complaints and/or claims must be reported immediately in writing to Bacher Touristik GmbH within no longer than three days after the end of transfer.

Bacher Touristik GmbH is liable as a part of the duty of care for the diligent and accurate preparation of the transfer and the proper execution of the contractually agreed transfer service. Bacher Touristik GmbH will not be liable for the consequences of delays due to traffic congestion. The pick-up times and the operation of our shared ride services are arranged in such a way that the customer will arrive at least fifteen minutes before train departure. We strongly recommend you to book an earlier shuttle, if you consider this lead time to be inadequate.

We are liable to the customer in the event of damage in accordance with the legal regulations.

To the extent that liability insurance is not compulsory, Bacher Touristik GmbH is liable to a maximum of three times the transfer price. Furthermore, we assume liability for intent and gross negligence.

Cancellations and transfers: Both contracting parties are entitled to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the legal regulations. Prepaid reservations cancelled more than three days prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations within the period of two days and 24 hours prior to transfer. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time. Furthermore, we are unable to refund payment in the event of a no-show. Re-bookings are free of charge and can be made by using the online booking portal until 6.00 pm the day before transfer.
